Interdisciplinary Sound Artist born in Santiago de Chile during the 80s.
Passionate about drums and cello, Morell (Francisco) was able to perform classical orchestral music during his primary education, developing a solid skill set in analog, classical and electroacoustic music.
His compositions unravel a particular aesthetic, profuse in strong-compelling cinematic storytelling & hypnotic grooves.
Morell's approach & techniques toward sound design and music composition are based on exploring sound as a phenomenon.
Nothing is good or bad, right or wrong; it's just the outcome of experiencing sound and music through first-hand information, trial, and error. This never-ending curiosity fuels his creativity with ideas that resonate with one concept :
